Great Yarmoth Events Suite For Hire

Vice Admiral Suite

This large ground floor suite has views out onto the premier enclosure lawn and onto the racecourse itself. With lots of space and easy access and a top capacity of 200, the Vice Admiral Suite is perfect for conferences, exhibitions and fairs.

Trafalgar Restaurant

The Trafalgar Restaurant is situated on the first floor of the Lord Nelson Grandstand. A traditional restaurant overlooking the racetrack and parade ring it offers premier service and a temptingly tasty menu. Alternatively, this can be used as a conference space.

Horatio Suite

Horatio suite is 70sqm situated on the second floor of the Lord Nelson Grandstand, offering pretty views across the lawns, natural daylight and its own kitchenette, bar and toilets. Access is via stairs or a lift and is the perfect setting for a self-contained meeting or session where focus is key, accommodating up to 50 guests.

Ground Floor Suites

Breydon, Yare, Bure and Haven Rooms. Be located in the centre of the course with grassed lawns overlooking the course with lots of natural daylight. These facilities are located on the ground floor, each with 28 Sqm of free space accommodating up to 50 guests and their own bar and ample free parking just outside.

Located on the first floor of the Lord Nelson Suite, this space offers superb views across the racecourse and is versatile enough to work across a number of events and functions. With a top capacity of 90 guests, this sizeable space is a comfortable base for your event or celebration and a great space for parties and smaller conferences

A little bigger than Victory, the Trafalgar Suite is a restaurant style space with a lot to offer. It has a top capacity of 120 guests making it ideal for weddings and parties. If you require something bigger, it is simply a matter of combining the two together by removing the partition wall. Taking advantage of the whole of this floor, the room combined this could work for a larger conference or wedding, where comfort and space are key. This level also offers lift access as well as a bar and toilet facilities.

Located adjacent to the picturesque Parade Ring in the Lord Nelson Grandstand, enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of the course from a choice of eight private hospitality suites on the second floor of the Lord Nelson Grandstand.

The Hoops Marquee has a top capacity of 80 and is set a back a little from the main grandstands in its own section near to the Parade Ring. This marquee is ideal for weddings and parties and, as a permanent fixture, boasts its own bar facility and lawn area.

 

With a top capacity of 200, the Winning Post Marquee is based in the heart of the racecourse, in the centre of the course. This larger space is the perfect location for a large summer party or wedding. 

 

Based in the centre of the course, this medium sized marquee is ideal for summer weddings and parties where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and views out to sea. Top capacity: 80.

With furlongs of flexible outside space, the parking and infrastructure for handling large events, Great Yarmouth Racecourse has the capacity to stage a variety of outdoor festivals, shows and markets, corporate team building, parties, weddings and rallies.

The Racecourse is situated to the north of Great Yarmouth on Jellicoe Road towards Caister. From the North and Midlands, we can be reached via the A47, the main Southern approach roads are the A11 (joining the A47 South of Norwich) and the A12 via Colchester, Ipswich and Lowestoft.
